Energy Healing & Chronic Illness

While Energy Healing isn’t a cure or medical treatment, it can be a really supportive complement to what you’re already doing.
Many people with chronic illness use sessions to help their body relax, regulate, and come out of constant stress mode—which can make a big difference in how your body is able to heal and repair itself.
When I’m working with people with chronic pain or illness I’m not “curing” them. I’m clearing blocks and stagnation in their energy field thus allowing their physical body to repair itself.
If you have more questions abut this I highly suggest a consultation as it can be a little hard to explain in a short FAQ section.

This is something a lot of clients come to see me for, especially autoimmune disorders. In addition people facing fatigue, burnout, and ongoing tension in the body tend seek out my services.
While I don’t treat or diagnose conditions, Energy Healing can support your nervous system, which plays a huge role in pain, inflammation, and energy levels.
Most people notice they feel more rested, calmer, or less overwhelmed after sessions.

When your body is dealing with something ongoing, it’s often also carrying a lot of stress. Energy Healing helps shift you into a more relaxed, parasympathetic state (your “rest and restore” mode), which supports healing, recovery, and overall resilience over time.
Additionally, sessions often bring a sense of peace and comfort to both the body and mind. Even in difficult circumstances, people frequently share that they feel more connected to the bigger picture or “greater whole,” which can ease emotional stress and create space for acceptance, meaning, and calm.

Energy healing is especially helpful for stress—and stress is closely connected to inflammation and many chronic symptoms.
By helping your body slow down and regulate, sessions may support your system in functioning more smoothly. It’s not about “fixing” a condition, but about supporting your energy body and physical body as a whole.

This really depends on your body and what you’re moving through.
All clients seeking a real change or progress come to see me on a regular and consistent basis until their condition has cleared.
Some people come weekly, others come every 2 weeks. Your frequency and duration is discussed during our first session.
The goals is to find a rhythm that feels supportive without being overwhelming. And above all else, to clear you of your condition, whatever that may be. In other words, for you to one day not need me or these services.
Distance & Remote Energy Healing

Yes, this is actually one of the main reasons people book distance sessions. Being in your own space can help your body relax even more deeply, which supports your nervous system in calming down. Many clients notice reduced anxiety, better sleep, and an overall sense of grounding after a session.

Absolutely. Whether you’re going through burnout, emotional overwhelm, grief, or major life changes, remote sessions can offer a pause. This pause creates a space where your body can reset and feel supported without needing to go anywhere. Many clients enjoy a nap or going right to bed after their distance sessions.

You don’t need to do anything complicated. Just find a quiet place where you can lie down (or sit) comfortably.
We discuss the session flow prior to getting started. The main thing is you should be somewhere comfortable and quiet for the duration of our time together.
You’ll close your eyes, listen to calming music and simply rest. The session is designed to meet you where you are.

Everyone’s experience is a little different. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a wave of calm, while others simply feel deeply relaxed or even fall asleep.
Even if you don’t feel much in the moment, shifts often show up afterward in how your body and mind feel. This can be true regardless if you’re in person or remote.

For many people, yes. Some even prefer it because they feel safer and more relaxed in their own environment. The effectiveness often comes down to how comfortable your body feels and being at home can enhance that.
In this work, we believe your energy field can be accessed from anywhere (when given your permission) this is why sessions can be both in person or remote.
Energy Healing, Religion & Spirituality

This is one of the most common questions I get, and the short answer is no, not the way I practice it or conduct my sessions. Overall, Energy Healing isn’t a religion and doesn’t ask you to change or adopt any beliefs. It’s simply a way of supporting your body’s natural ability to relax, regulate, and restore balance.
Many people from religious backgrounds (including Christianity, Judaism, and others) receive energy healing while staying fully connected to their faith.

This is something a lot of people ask, especially within Christianity. The key thing to know is that sessions with me are neutral, gentle, and intention-based. They are not tied to any deity, ritual, or spiritual agenda. Many clients actually approach sessions as a form of rest, stillness, and nervous system support.
I have devout and religious clients who have never conflicted during our sessions and continue to see me.
I would like to be clear though that I cannot speak to how other Energy Healers operate, nor their practices.

Not exactly. You don’t need to “believe” in anything but you do need to be open to the very real possibility of this practice working for you. Some people come in feeling curious but skeptical and that is totally fine. They still leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded. The point is, they came in open to the idea and possibility.
Your experience is your own, and there’s no pressure to interpret it in any particular way.
