Hi, I’m Alexis Piotrowski
I’m a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master, Energy Facilitator, and Certified Sound Healer based in San Diego. My work is rooted in compassionate, intuitive care and a whole-being approach that honors the connection between the body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit.
My professional foundation includes more than 1,000 hours of education through the former Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona, an accredited program with training in anatomy, physiology, the body, and massage therapy. This well-rounded education introduced me to the depth of holistic wellness and continues to inform the thoughtful, grounded way I hold space for each client.
Over time, I expanded my studies into Reiki Usui, energy work, sound healing, and end-of-life consciousness education. Today, I bring these modalities together to create personalized experiences that invite relaxation, reflection, energetic balance, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
My intention is simple: to uplift the human spirit through compassionate energy work.

The Back Story …..
……. how it all began
Rooted in the enchanting magic of the Arizona desert, I grew up influenced by the native cultures’ resilient efforts to make the most of a harsh landscape by turning its limited offerings into powerful healing tools. This immersion into holistic wellness at a young age opened and paved the road for developing my innate therapeutic gifts.
Initially inspired by the human condition life’s winding path led me to massage therapy, preschool education, and the hospitality industry. In these varied environments, I learned to appreciate how quirky, beautiful, and complicated humans are and felt a calling to serve others on their unique journeys.
While the entire collective was transitioning in 2020, my path shifted and I returned to massage therapy and the world of holistic health. With the help of a colleague, I discovered that my ability to visualize and dissolve points of tension in the body created by emotional distress and damage to the spirit went beyond that of a traditional massage therapist. Once this talent for energy work and shifting frequencies was recognized, I began dedicating myself to Reiki Usui and Sound Healing certifications.

Most people already have the key to breaking free from their ailments. I thrive in helping others access and unlock their individual answers by creating a nonjudgmental space for healing where I can observe and guide with an open heart.
Adaptability is at the heart of my practice. I understand that we all have the strength and resilience to overcome life’s obstacles and shift our energy patterns. However, I also recognizes that every person operates on varying wavelengths. My focus is on getting to the core of the client’s needs through a customized and intuitive approach that assists them in reaching their desired results.
Transparent, honest, and kind, I value my time and that of others. I'm motivated by the importance of seeing progress, with my main objective being for the client to achieve their wellness goals. When both people show up to do the work, the synchronistic healing intention can change lives.
This work is an honor and gift for me. It has been life changing for both me and my clients. It’s powerful and transformative, the subtle powers of energy healing unfold over time and I would love nothing more than to help guide you through whatever challenges you may be facing.
